Kanji

January 25, 2008

One, Two, Three.
The beginning of a family-oriented back piece. The two Kanji/Chinese symbols mean "Little Sister" and "Elder Sister". The cursive name written in the lower tattoo is my father's actual signature. The "JKL" at the bottom are mine and my sisters' initials. The tribal looking design is something I created for purely aesthetic reasons. The purple star represents my birthstone of amethyst and there will be other stars incorporated into the piece as I go along that represents each birthstone of my immediate family and son.
